Georgia and
her husband, Mike have traveled the world together for over
25 years, entertaining thousands with Georgia’s amazing and
infectious voice.
Georgia has worked with many super-stars
and recorded several albums and songs, including an
international dance hit called, “Come To Me Tonight.”
Georgia was born in Buffalo, New York and named after her
father’s mother, Vaudeville star, Georgia Diamond. Georgia
has performed professionally since she was ten years old. In
addition to her incredible voice, she also plays string
bass, electric bass guitar, flute, piano, cello and has a
degree in Classical Guitar Performance.
Mike
was born in Dayton, Ohio. He studied music all through
school and plays Guitar, Bass Guitar and Piano. While in
Dayton Mike started his on recording studio, record label,
and concert production company. He has owned and managed his
own booking agency in Dayton and worked as a booking agent
in Nashville. He has played with Georgia in various bands
since 1979, including many jingle recordings and three album
projects for Motown in the 80’s. He also played bass on the
road for a while with Bill Haley’s Comets. Mike also enjoys
writing screenplays and television scripts. He has completed
three screenplays and has had projects in development at HBO
and New Line Cinema.
After many years on the road and in the studio, Georgia
& Mike found the cruise industry and it’s entertainment
opportunities. Georgia was a headline concert vocalist for
Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Crown, NCL, Commodore,
Majestic and Cunard Lines. The highlights of these years
included World Cruise stints on the famous QE2 and the ultra
exclusive Sea Goddess ships.
With the capability of performing as a guitar duo,
bass/guitar, piano/guitar, piano/bass, piano/vocal or
sequenced dance duo, there are limitless options for your
specific need. Her shows include pop hits, classic rock,
dance tunes, standards, oldies and Broadway favorites. |
